This study assesses adherence to Antihypertensive Medications Among Outpatients. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 268 patients in urban clinics. Findings reveal that forgetfulness and drug cost are the leading causes of non-adherence The study recommends stronger regulation of drug outlets and supply chains
