This study assesses age-Grade Associations and Community Development. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 152 residents in Lagos State. Findings reveal that age grades remain the backbone of self-help projects in towns The study recommends job creation and skills programmes targeted at vulnerable youths
