This study assesses awareness and Reporting of Adverse Drug Reactions Among Health Workers. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 379 health workers in community settings. Findings reveal that under-reporting of adverse reactions stems from poor awareness of reporting channels The study recommends tighter collaboration between orthodox and traditional medicine practitioners
