This study examines awareness of Hypertension Risk Factors Among Civil Servants in Watt Market, Calabar. The research adopted a survey design, collecting data from 173 mothers in Watt Market, Calabar. Findings reveal that salt intake and inactivity are underestimated as risks The study recommends provision of toilets and safe water in vulnerable communities
