This study examines career Awareness in Technology Subjects in junior secondary schools in Osogbo. The research adopted a survey design, collecting data from 262 principals in junior secondary schools in Osogbo. Findings reveal that workshop visits broaden career views The study recommends use of activity-based and improvisation methods in science lessons
