This study assesses childhood Immunisation Uptake in Urban Slum Communities. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 321 residents in the study area. Findings reveal that missed appointments and misinformation drive incomplete immunisation The study recommends continuous professional education for pharmacists and health workers
