Community Engagement in Local Government Development Plans

This study assesses community Engagement in Local Government Development Plans in Gusau. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 189 residents. Findings reveal that community participation is ceremonial rather than substantive The study recommends strengthening of electoral integrity and independent electoral bodies
