Cultism in Tertiary Institutions and Its Social Roots

This study assesses cultism in Tertiary Institutions and Its Social Roots. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 157 youths in the study area. Findings reveal that peer influence and protection-seeking drive cult recruitment on campuses The study recommends strengthening of community policing and social welfare institutions
