This study assesses demonstration Method and Understanding of Electrolysis in rural secondary schools in Bauchi. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 466 principals in rural secondary schools in Bauchi. Findings reveal that live demonstrations beat chalk explanations of electrolysis The study recommends use of activity-based and improvisation methods in science lessons
