This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Document Imaging and Scan Index System for records digitisation projects. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, EJS, JavaScript. It provides modules for scan batches, indexes, quality checks and retrieval. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
