This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Facility Maintenance Request System for Managed Estates for estate managers in Lekki, Lagos. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for tenant requests, technician assignment, job tracking and feedback ratings. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
