This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Mortgage Application Tracking System for mortgage applicants through primary mortgage banks. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Chart.js, Bootstrap. It provides modules for application stages, document checklist, status updates and offer letters. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
