This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Serials and Journal Management System for serials sections. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Chart.js, Bootstrap. It provides modules for subscription records, issue check-in, claims and binding schedules. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
