This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Site Engineer Daily Report Management System for construction companies. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Chart.js, Bootstrap. It provides modules for daily logs, labour returns, material usage and weather records. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
