This study designed and implemented an E-Commerce Platform to enable small businesses in Nigeria to sell products online. Many small businesses rely on informal channels that limit their reach and hinder effective order and payment management. The platform allows vendors to create storefronts, list products with images and prices, and manage orders, while customers can browse, add to cart, and checkout. Adopting Agile methodology, the system was built with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Evaluation revealed improved market reach, streamlined ordering, and enhanced customer experience. The study recommends integration of secure online payment gateways and logistics partnerships to support scaling.
