This project designs and implements design and Implementation of an Inter-Library Loan Management System for partner libraries. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, React. It provides modules for loan requests, lending approvals, shipment tracking and returns. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
