This project designs and implements design and Implementation of an Online Public Access Catalogue System for university libraries. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, React. It provides modules for book search, availability status, reservations and new arrivals. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
