This study investigates determinants of Youth Unemployment in Urban Labour Markets in Kano. Using a survey research design, data were collected from 312 business owners. Findings reveal that skills mismatch explains more unemployment than vacancies The study recommends stronger monetary-fiscal coordination to anchor inflation expectations
