This project designs and implements development of a Campus Telephone Directory and Extension Portal for institutional IT units. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, React. It provides modules for extension directory, fault reporting, call routing codes and upgrades. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
