This project designs and implements development of a Classification Number and Subject Heading Helper for cataloguing units. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for classification lookup, heading rules, shelf number derivation and validation. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
