This project designs and implements development of a Construction Progress Reporting Dashboard for project consultants. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, JavaScript. It provides modules for milestone updates, photo evidence, delay flags and progress charts. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
