This project designs and implements development of a Construction Safety Incident Logging System for safety officers. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, EJS, JavaScript. It provides modules for incident reports, investigation notes, corrective actions and safety statistics. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
