This project designs and implements development of a File Transfer and Disposal Register for Records Managers for institutional registries. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for transfer lists, retention schedules, destruction approvals and custody logs. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
