This project designs and implements development of a Library Book Circulation Management System for library circulation desks. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for book issue and return, borrower records, overdue tracking and fine computation. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
