This project designs and implements development of a Penetration Test Report and Finding Tracker for security testing firms. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for test engagements, finding severity, remediation owners and retest results. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
