This project designs and implements development of a Property Valuation Records System for estate valuers. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, EJS, JavaScript. It provides modules for inspection records, comparable analysis, valuation reports and client billing. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
