This project designs and implements development of a Reference Query Logging System for reference librarians. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, EJS, JavaScript. It provides modules for query tickets, response tracking, knowledge base and satisfaction ratings. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
