This project designs and implements development of a Sewer Blockage and Cleaning Ticket System for drainage and sewage authorities. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for blockage reports, crew dispatch, cleaning logs and recurrence tracking. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
