This project designs and implements development of a Tenant Complaint and Dispute Log System for estate managers. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for complaint tickets, mediation notes, resolution tracking and escalation. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
