This project designs and implements development of a Tractor Hiring Management System for Farm Settlements for tractor hiring units in Benue State. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for tractor fleet, bookings, hire invoices and maintenance logs. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
