Development of a Web-Based Topic Modelling and Document Summarisation Platform

This study developed a web-based topic modelling and document summarisation platform that groups documents into themes and produces extractive summaries with key terms. Users upload corpora and review cluster labels and summaries. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Python, Django, and Scikit-learn. The findings showed that the platform reduced review time for large document sets, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends use in research and knowledge-management units.
