This project designs and implements development of a Workshop Safety Inspection Checklist System for industrial safety officers. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, JavaScript. It provides modules for inspection templates, hazard scoring, corrective actions and compliance certificates. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
