This project designs and implements development of an Air Conditioner Servicing Booking System for cooling service SMEs. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, JavaScript. It provides modules for customer bookings, technician dispatch, job cards and feedback ratings. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
