This project designs and implements development of an Electrical Fault Reporting and Resolution Tracking System for distribution companies. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, React. It provides modules for fault tickets, crew assignment, resolution tracking and customer feedback. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
