This study investigates early Marriage and Girl-Child Education in Rural Areas. Using a survey research design, data were collected from 305 youths in the study area. Findings reveal that early marriage truncates girls' schooling and narrows their prospects The study recommends strengthening of community policing and social welfare institutions
