This study assesses food Hygiene Among Roadside Food Vendors in Urua Ekpa Market, Uyo. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 210 households in Urua Ekpa Market, Uyo. Findings reveal that water sourcing and hand hygiene are the weakest links The study recommends health education through community and religious leaders
