This study assesses internet Connectivity in Rural Schools in unity colleges in Uyo. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 392 students in unity colleges in Uyo. Findings reveal that offline content saves rural ICT lessons The study recommends provision of adequate laboratories and teaching materials to schools
