This study assesses knowledge and Use of Family Planning Among Married Couples in Lokoja Old Market. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 321 mothers in Lokoja Old Market. Findings reveal that male opposition remains the chief barrier to contraceptive use The study recommends provision of toilets and safe water in vulnerable communities
