This study assesses language Policy and Early-Grade Learning Outcomes in public secondary schools in Abeokuta. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 210 parents in public secondary schools in Abeokuta. Findings reveal that mother-tongue pilots outperform English-only classes The study recommends community ownership of school projects
