This study assesses neonatal Resuscitation Skills Among Newly Qualified Midwives in Monday Market, Maiduguri. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 279 mothers in Monday Market, Maiduguri. Findings reveal that simulation drills lift skills faster than lectures alone The study recommends community follow-up systems for defaulters and at-risk groups
