This study assesses pension Remittance Compliance by Private Employers in Ogbete Market, Enugu. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 168 traders in Ogbete Market, Enugu. Findings reveal that many firms deduct pensions without remitting to administrators The study recommends simplification and harmonisation of business taxes
