This study investigates prevalence of Counterfeit Drugs in Rural Patent Medicine Stores. Using a survey research design, data were collected from 305 residents in the study area. Findings reveal that suspected counterfeit products circulate mainly through unlicensed outlets The study recommends continuous professional education for pharmacists and health workers
