This study examines safety Awareness in School Chemistry Laboratories in public secondary schools in Damaturu. The research adopted a survey design, collecting data from 172 students in public secondary schools in Damaturu. Findings reveal that students ignore goggles without strict enforcement The study recommends provision of adequate laboratories and teaching materials to schools
