This study assesses stigmatisation of Ex-Convicts and Reintegration. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 263 respondents in rural communities. Findings reveal that rejection by families and employers pushes ex-convicts back to crime The study recommends community dialogue structures for early conflict resolution
