Teacher Burnout in Public Primary Schools

This study assesses teacher Burnout in Public Primary Schools. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 379 patients in public institutions. Findings reveal that large class sizes and poor pay drive burnout among primary teachers The study recommends policies that protect rest, welfare and work-life balance
