This study examines teaching of Electronics with Scrap Components in private secondary schools in Maiduguri. The research adopted a survey design, collecting data from 321 teachers in private secondary schools in Maiduguri. Findings reveal that scrap radios supply free electronic parts The study recommends regular training and retraining of science teachers
