This study examines teaching Personal Hygiene Through Demonstrations in junior secondary schools in Jos. The research adopted a survey design, collecting data from 118 principals in junior secondary schools in Jos. Findings reveal that demonstration lessons improve hygiene habits The study recommends use of activity-based and improvisation methods in science lessons
