This study assesses test Anxiety and Use of Guidance Services by Students. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 263 patients in public institutions. Findings reveal that anxious students underuse counselling services despite their availability The study recommends policies that protect rest, welfare and work-life balance
