This study assesses use of Instructional Materials in Teaching Fractions in girls' secondary schools in Owerri. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 133 teachers in girls' secondary schools in Owerri. Findings reveal that bottle tops concretise fraction concepts The study recommends regular training and retraining of science teachers
