Youth Knowledge of Nigerian History in Secondary Schools

This study assesses youth Knowledge of Nigerian History in Secondary Schools. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 379 respondents in selected communities. Findings reveal that students' knowledge of national history is shallow and textbook-bound The study recommends use of cultural heritage for tourism and community development
